Window and Door Schedule alignment

Hi There, I am working on the window and door schedule and the alignment tool is greyed out. Some projects are ok but this specific one is somehow greyed out. How do I turn this function on?  Here is a screenshot.

Change the scale (just above 'align to') to a fixed scale rather than 'to fit'.
