Zone schedule problem...please help...

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a possibility to "hide" zones on the area schedule. I've got a zone stamp for a room in one viewset (say ground floor) and another one in a different viewset (say reflected ceiling plan), reason being they have different information. Doing a schedule picks up all zones on all storey's....is there a setting some where to hide a few ?????

(i know there is a long way around....create excel or word list and import to plotmaker...but i'm trying minimize the number of steps eg. human errors)

Any suggestions much apprichiated

You can select parameters to choose the zone by.

Select your schedule and select the menu interactive schedule>>preview.
Select the general tab and and you can then add parameters such as layers, stories, ID etc to taylor to your needs
