cad image double hung glazing bars

hi -

it seems I can add glazing bars to only to top part of a double hung window OR i can add them to the WHOLE windows, but I cannot add them only to the bottom.

Is this true?

Also - that in a window that is right AND left hung casement I cannot add different glazing bars to each panel, they have to be the same?

I know with double hung windows, that is the case. Not sure about casements.

For casement windows you can make separate left and right hung casements, one with glazing bars, one without. This will put a mullion between the two panes.

If you then check the "Independent mullions and transoms" button in the Frame parameters you can give it a zero width to remove the mullion.
