cadimage problem with switching wibu to codemeter

We change our wibu key for codemeter key. It seem that cadimage doesn't recognize the new codemeter key. Anyone went true the same situation

I had a problem with the same thing. You will have to use CadImage support and get them to help you. I think they have to reset something on their end of things.

When you change keyplugs (even to one of the same kind), it will have a different serial number. This makes it look like a new customer to the software, so we need to update our records with your new keyplug serial number. Just contact our support and they'll quickly sort it out for you.
