Am trying to import .dwf files sent by consultants for use as a trace reference for cross-checking architectural model with consultants drawings.
I've done this in the past using pdfs and dwgs, however pdfs tend to really slow down the process as i've found they take a long time to generate when viewed in a trace reference.
i've tried drag and drop dwf files and through drawing tool dialogue box (where they're listed as an available format) and also tried importing in both model and layout view; all i get is an apparently empty file being imported (i.e. nothing visible).
i would appreciate any insights or tips you may have.
btw, have tried on both v11 and v12.
