key notes - crash

we've been using cadimage key notes for about a year now. (We love them). Recently every time i log on (teamfile) it tells me i am missing keynotes. I have to reload and everything is fine. When it doesn't say anthing.... acting like the keynotes are fine.... i copy+paste any keynote and my file crashes (annoying ). If i just reload keynotes everytime i log in... the file will not crash when i copy and paste a keynote......

question: why are my keynotes not being loaded each time (why do i always have to manually reload)?
