1. How do I create a new row right after the mark row to identify the location/ room name for each door?

2. Is it possible under "size" to make the W column read "PAIR 3'-0"" instead of 6'-0" ?

Drag the field upper in Selected Fields list. It should be placed just under Library Part Name field.

helpmeplease wrote:It is impossible, but you can use some trick for it. But you need to be more familiar with interactive schedules. List all door with Library Part Names, Widths, and User Definded 1 fields only in a schedule. You can locate User Definded 1 field browsing for any door object under "Additional parameters" button. Group identical items in this schedule and copy Width value into corresponding User Defined 1 field. Write "PAIR 3'-0"" instead of 6'-0". Now replace Width field with User Defined 1 in your original schedule and enjoy.
