Hi all,

Can anyone suggest a good software for online meetings and conferences where we can also do drawings and sketches on the screen?
Something wher we can both see the samer image/drawing/document on the screen and then draw annotations and notes on it if necissary.

If you use Skype - the latest version can share your screen with person you are talking. Resolution is good enough but better if you check free and easy to use TeamViewer (http://www.teamviewer.com/) or software for professionals WebEx (http://www.webex.com/).

Thank you Rafal, Ive downloaded Teamviewer and it certainly looks interesting though Ive yet to test it properly. Ive also downloaded Skype.

Acrobat Connect works smothly though expensive monthly fees if you aren't using it daily.

You can use Acrobat Connect for free as long as you do 3 people max. I have used it for a few months and it seems to work quite well.
