recommended dwg export settings?

Is there any link you can advise me how to export pln file to .dwg without loosing any informations? In first case i need to save original fonts. In translation settings I make two text styles because I'm using only two fonts. But in AutoCAD it recognises me only one text style, and very often neither of them. I will post picture and tell me am i doing something wrong.

Other question is about fills. Is there any way to export transparent and gradient fills to dwg, because when I export them they look solid.
