Bluebeam is the only PDF program I have ever used, and I'm happy with it. Right out of the box, I was clearly discouraged from using the Amyuni program that came with AC9 and AC12. So I have nothing to compare Bluebeam to.

Mats I am a Bluebeam user and have been for since version 7 I think. I think it is very good and better in some ways than Acrobat. I think the mark up tools are better and it has some other features that I haven't used much but may be useful for larger offices. I recommend it.
