Archicad 24 Teamworks Dimensions Disappearing

Hi,

We have been having issues with Archicad 24 in Teamworks. 

Both source and independent details often have the dimensions disappear between team members i.e. if one person does a set of details, after syncing, some of the dimensions will disappear, we can sometimes get a few back if we create a new dimension somewhere on the detail.

We have no partial structural display and it's happening on independent details as well, which is quite odd.

Not sure if anyone here has experienced this in the past and have any resolutions.

Yes this has been going on for quite sometime. I have experienced it as well using Archicad 25. Try updating to the latest hotfix.

The office is all on the 7000 patch for AC24 and 5010 for AC25.

Is there a workaround for this. It's quite troublesome to have our PDFs going out to consultants and clients with missing dimensions, unless we check through hundreds of pages every time we sent anything out.

Has Graphisoft been notified of this issue? Hope they can prioritize this problem.
