Change tool Cloud display

hello, 

I placed change markers in the plan view, but they appear in all stories, i didn't find a story settings for them, how to make them appear only where they are placed ?

@Ahmed_K I don't generally use the change markers, but just a thought, if you tag an element e.g. a wall which spans into other stories then that might explain the markers appearing on other stories?

Is this AC23 or possibly the super buggy AC25?
