DOT line type

is there any one with this problem as showed in the picture ?
DOT line hardly or depend of the display, don't show at all...

Is the display of the actual line thicknesses activated ?
What are the characteristics of the pen number used for these lines ?

with or without thickness is the same.
the line is 0.08
for solving I need to expand the DOT to DASH.., and not the same result.
