Dialog Box Missing

I'm new to ArchiCAD 13.

The dialog box that pops up when your creating a wall,the blue opaque one that shows the dimension and angle, has vanished. So now I can't input any dimension values. I don't know how to get it back. Can anyone help me?

I think the tracker is turned off.
