Does anyone know how to add room names under the dimension lines. without having to add a seperate text block?

The only way I know of doing this is using a library part " Room Names 3de" which adds the room name based on the zone name.

Version 14 now has the ability to use custon text and the dimension will now change when the walls are adjusted unlike in previous versions.
But the room name is on the same line as the dimension and cannot be placed underneath.

It would be nice if we have the option to start the custom text by adding something like "\n" to the dimension text which essentially in many programs means to the compiler to go to a next line.
