Dimensions showing inconsistently in layouts

I'm having a strange problem with dimensions on the layouts. On the model, dimension strings are correctly showing the wall core dimension of 3 5/8". On one layout, it's showing fine as per the model; on the main floor plan, the dimensions are randomly switching to 3 1/2" and 3 3/4".

What is happening here?

Have you checked the same dimension 'style' is assigned to the two plan views? Perhaps one has been set to custom by accident?
