Door and window marker text problem

Anonymous

After upgrading to 13 we found that our door and window markers were a bit messed up with the marker number shifted outside the bubble. It appears there is a new setting for the rotation of marker text so it follows the orientation of the wall or stays oriented in one direction or another to the drawing (ie horizontal or vertical). Our standard practice is to have the marker text always horizontal. But changing this to horizontal mode also offsets our text outside the bubble with no apparent parameter to control this. You can see in standard mode, the text centers properly.

Wondered if anyone else solved this issue.

Hmm.... am I doing something wrong with the pic posting?

Did you click in the Filename box and then hit Browse
and then navigated to your image?
AFAIK, only one image per post.
Or you could combine them in image editor of choice.
But watch out for max image size, as listed in dialog,
which is 256kb for all image types I believe.

ps
Sorry I can't help with the markers.
13 still sitting in the box on my desk until I'm sure I understand this new
library thing and other misc issues that keep popping up daily.
Can't afford the time to "fix" anything right now.
ps 2
I think I remember you used to be in Berkeley.
If so bet you've been in Builders Book Source?
Looking to go there again soon.
I can easily spend 4-6 hours each time I've been there.
And then try to keep my purchases under $200, that's the
tricky part:-))

Yep, that's me. I recently bought a house in Oakland, but I still love 4th street and the bookstore.

My images are probably too big. I tried to get a screenshot showing the settings etc. Maybe I can reduce them.

Thanks anyway.

Can anyone confirm problems with the DOor Marker 13 text not centering in the bubble when set to Horizontal?

Confirmed.

I thought this was discussed here recently, but I am not finding the post.
