Elevation line markers will not show

Hi I am trying to save views of my home in elevation view. When I do this I clearly see the lines that mark the floors on the screen. When I save the items the lines that mark the floors disappear. Anyone know what might be causing this?

• Right click on an empty space in the elevation to open "Elevation Settings"
• Look for the "Story Settings" section
• Select "Display and Output" for the level settings
