How do i add wall plate here

Hello. Im having trouble with adding a wall plate (or bottom chord, im not sure how to name it)  to this project. How may i do it ?

For these kind of detailed sections with wall framing/roof framing interaction, I usually use profiled walls with the components (incl. plate) drawn in.

I've found this option but still i am unsure how to use it in order to create the wall plate. I'd be thrilled if you could elaborate.
