Interior elevation marker numbering

I am looking to number my interior elevation markers numerically starting with #1 pointing upward and going clockwise. Where can I set this up?

This should allow me to place them in this order on a layout.

Once the Interior Elevations are placed on the layout, reorder the Drawings on the Layout Book tab of the Navigator (listed under the expanded Layout) to get the order you desire.
