RENDER RENDERING BLACK

Hi all,

I am working on Archicad 26 and my render previews are coming out fine and then when i render it they come out black. I have tried using the inbuilt setting views and also doing custom views.

My camera isnt inside anything like a wall or other object. All my lights are on including sun (although have tried turning some of these off to see if it made any difference) however whatever i do they still come out black.
Does anyone have a solution for this? 😞

Thanks heaps!

There are many posts on this subject.

One I just read says to turn of "Use Physical Renderer'.

What are your machine specifications and operating system?

Does the same happen if you open the default template and model and render just one or two walls?
