I'm having issues with the 3D window. Often when I have a view the window will wash out slowly until the window gets too bright to use. I think It has something to do with the direction of the sun but I can't get it to render normally from certain angles due to the brightness of the image once the washing out scenario happens.
I attached a normal view from the 3D window and one that shows what it looks like when it washes out. Does anyone know if there is a setting the brightens the view automatically that is causing this? I do have "physically based rendering turned on" and the effect only occurs when that is turned on but I would like to be able to use that feature as the images look much better and I'm using that with all the other renderings in my project so I'd like them to match.

We have the same issue, and have done for some time. It seems to be too much glare / reflection when facing the sun - even if the scene is indoors (!).

PB, I agree that it appears to be related to the sun angle to the view. What's odd is that many of my saved 3D views that worked (no glare) just fine before the update to v29 are now showing the bright washout now. I can resolve them by changing the sun or camera but I was hoping it was a setting that got turned on with the update or a new feature or something that changed to the rendering engine. But mostly, It shouldn't happen at all and appears to be an issue with the software that should be addressed.
If anyone knows a way to change a setting so that the washout doesn't happen that would be great!

It is an issue we've had for a couple of AC versions: Have tried various things to try to remedy, but no success so far. If anyone can advise on a solution, it would be most appreciated.
