!Restored: import autocad file in archicad???

I am a beginner in archicad and I have a problem importing autocad ground plan in archicad. I use command merge, the plan from autocad appears but it is not in the right dimension. In acad I would use command scale and make the right dimension. So I am asking you if there is similar command like "scale" in archicad.
Thank you!!!

The proper way would be to ATTACH XREF using the TRANSLATOR settings to adjust UNITS... You can find this setting inside the TRANSLATOR setting button...

But... in your case...

1. Simply select all the elements that were merged
2. Make sure GROUPING is NOT on.
3. Choose the RESIZE command (for my work environment, it's under the EDIT menu / RESHAPE / RESIZE)
4. If you know the FACTOR that you are off by, simply uncheck DEFINE GRAPHICALLY & type it in here...
5. If you don't, use the DEFINE GRAPHICALLY method and click OK.
6. Once back in your plan, click on the end of a line that you know the length of, trace to the end of that line, then continue to the proper length of that line and all will be adjusted.

Often Engineering drawings I receive are at 1' = 1 drawing unit where as for us 1" = 1 drawing unit. During the merge process AC will ask you to specify the correct association for drawings unit - otherwise a resize factor of 12 will correct the discrepancy. Also, when merging CAD files, I've had the best results by setting my drawing scale to the output scale the the CAD file is configured for, prior to merging.
