Sure, you just place a new section/elevation line.
It will be a "Linked" marker by default (I think) so you can then link it to any viewpoint or drawing that you want.
If you do link it try to place it in the same position as the section on the floor plan - otherwise it could be confusing.
Otherwise you can 'un-link' it and have it there just for looks - you won't be able to click on it to open the view.
