I Have been setting up some internal Elevations in Archicad 26 and it would be really nice to have them read the Zone Number from the room they are placed in, However, in many places the elevations meet the edges of other rooms and this means that they automatically read the numbers of those other unrelated zones leading to elevation titles that list multiple rooms leading to confusion.
I cannot see a simple way around this while keeping the internal elevation's positions the same without manually typing out the Zone numbers in each internal elevation's name which is feasible but not very elegant, however, It would be simple if Interior elevations had the option to link to a particular zone, much like an auto text label can be associated with a particular object even if overlapping others... Is there any reason why this is not an option and could it perhaps be included at some point in the future?
