Text point size not the same on title block and in titles

please see attached: It seems that the point sizes of the master title block text and the drawing title text are not in the same scale? (or something) in my title block here where is says Davidow I have set that text size to be 10 points, and the drawing title beneath the drawing I have set to be 6 points, and they clearly are not. Can someone please help?

You might need to check the Title's parameters: for the NCS Title 19 > Title > Show Drawing Name > Font Size in mm the font is sized in millimeters, not points. If the Layout Working Units are set to Imperial, the sheet title font will be set in points.
