UCS and Layouting Frustration

This is getting RIDICULOUS...

I am using the UCS with some plans in one rotation and others in a different...

I can place a VIEW of the plan on a layout... all looks good....
Can select the View and OPEN SOURCE all looks good...

Close the file and open up...

On the layout the view had rotated (while the extents has remained as placed)
If I select that view and OPEN SOURCE, it open up to the PROPER UCS!

Back to the layout.. still wrong...

As you can imagine, I have to replace this view EVERY TIME I re-open the file!

User error (I think) (most likely) again...

View was set to IGNORE ROTATION, so when OPENING SOURCE VIEW it only LOOKED like it was in the proper rotation...

Though it DID get place correctly(which could not happen if it was all user error) and seemed to SWITCH upon close and open...
