Windows - Editable Grids

Hi all,

anyone know how I can stop the editable grid on windows resetting to equal panel sizes?

We set the horizontal members to be where we need them as per the window on the right, but then if we adjust the window at all eg width, then the horizontal members reset to be equal panels as per the window on the left.

It's a real pain in the foot!!
