archicad 27 issues with light gray fill

cocoloco
Expert

hi!

me and my colleague works on a project together, I am working in archicad 27, while my colleague works in 26. her floor plan looks as suppose to, while when I open it, mine has all light gray fill. What I already tried to solve the issue but did not help:

1. Work environment : automatic pen color visibility is checked

2. Changed all gray colors into different pinks and blues but nope, didn't do nothing

3. Overrides are OFF

4. We have completely same setting with my collegue except her floor plan is showing alright.

Any advice what it could be? Sincerely a nice welcome into archicad 27!

This should not be checked if you do not want the light grey fill.

If that is an image from your screen, I am not seeing al light grey fill.

Maybe it is just my eyes or the small image.

Is it just to the plan area or the entire screen.

If the entire screen, is it the background colour in 'Grids & Backgrounds'?

Also, I would not recommend working on the same project in different versions.

You (27) will be able to open your colleague's file (26), but she will not be able to open what you save, unless you back-save to a version 26 format.

You will be better off having your colleague upgrade to 27 if possible, or if not, you should work in 26 as well.

Just the walls filled with gray or other elements, too?  If walls only, might be a different material or composite setting between you? If more global gray, are your Renovation Status settings the same?

Oh no. that is embarrassing 😄 I checked it as I seen it as solution somewhere in forum, but unchecking it worked. Thank you
