Hi
Usually i go to the same shop to print, but yesterday it had to go to another one, and when i saw the final result i was chocked, because I didnt get the colors that i would get if i had printed in the first shop.
Is it possible to get the same result in terms of the real color of the fillings and lines using different plotters? If so i can i do it?
Are you printing to PLT files and sending those? I've had the best luck with that. PDFs can be troublesome.
But more importantly I've found the equipment that the printer uses can vary the results greatly. For important jobs and new print shops, it's best to have them run test plots and have them match the output of your preferred shop.
Last year I had to do that with about 6 print shops in Minnesota. It was not fun. But I finally got something that I was happy with.
