Is there a way that archicad can publish a pdf with working hyperlinks that i may be unaware of? or is it likely that they have added this afterwards?

You mean a link to a website?

Just type the full URL web address.

Unfortunately you can't abbreviate or turn an element into a hyperlink.

It’s not about navigating a website in the traditional sense. You can easily access any page by selecting it from the list. Simply click on the hyperlinks to go directly to the desired page.
