The project is a residential development consisting of 19 luxury commercial villas with a common basement located at the heart of Jumeirah Golf Estate, Dubai.
The brief for the development is to create a private community that still connects to the surrounding areas of the masterplan. The proposed development is surrounded by a golf course, a club house and other existing residential buildings and villas. The development present 4 sectors; the Golf Villa (8 nos), The Club Villas (4 Villas) and the Pine Villas (6 Villas and a Loft Building) and all these structures are connected through a common basement that accommodates 98 parkings.
The Archicad Model and BIMx model were shared with different consultants to provide necessary information for schematic to detail design stage. The client team were also involved in the BUA and FAR allocation for each villas and the development as a whole. Areas were taken out of the model and used for preliminary market pricing and authority approvals. The Masterplan model consists 5 hotlinks models and the local model all shared through teamwork projects:

Going through the BIMx, you will see the Masterplan drawings that is native within the master archicad file and a select drawings packages of the Villa typologies which are imported from other live teamwork projects. The master archicad file serves also as a layout book for publishing and exporting drawing packages.
