I've just created my own window but can't get rid of these lines on the arc

You need to look at status codes in the gdl pdf.

Just to clarify, it is the status code of the WALLHOLE or WALLNICHE command.
I am pretty sure it is the 64*j7 status that needs to be set to on (one) for the nodes at the start and end of the curve.

It took me a long time but I found a solution. It is different than your suggestions (but thank you for your help anyway) and that's what it is about.

In the 3d script window I added a value of 64 to the wallhole coordinate - and that's it

I don't know if it's the right solution but it works !!!
