Feature request Colour Management - Archicad, wide gamut Monitors and calibrated monitors

Archicad appears to be not colour managed, which means it ignores the monitor colour profile and the colours are rendered on the screen with their uncorrected values (eg. 255,0,0). This results in that even with a calibrated monitor Archicad never renders calibrated colours.

On a monitor with a gamut and render close to 100% sRGB this is not dramatic, but when the screen has a wider gamut (eg. P3) the colours look extremely saturated.

Is it possible to make Archicad colour aware (for example, with some box check on settings)? Even if it clamps everything to sRGB?

Even better would be Archicad to recognise the colour profile of images, but as a first step, just being colour aware and assuming that everything that goes in is sRGB would be progress. Anyway, there are already plenty of windows laptops coming with wide gamut screens, and asking people to use monitor profiles clamped to sRGB seems a bit archaic. Especially in a profession connected to design.

PS: I am not sure if this is the right subforum for this request.

I have moved this post to the 'Our Community' forum as 'Documentation is really for the documentation tools within Archicad.

Your question is way too technical for me, so I can offer no help.

I have only ever played with brightness and contrast in the screen settings. 😂
