Free Residential Working Drawing PDFs for Students and New Archicad Users

Hello everyone,

It's been quite a few years since I've participated here. I've been using Archicad professionally for many years designing custom homes, additions and renovations throughout Southern California.

Over the past several months I've been rebuilding my website and decided to add something I wish had existed when I was learning Archicad.

At the bottom of many of my project pages I've included downloadable PDF working drawings and presentation floor plans. They aren't intended to be copied for construction, but rather as educational resources so students and newer users can study how real residential projects were organized and documented.

Each project page typically includes:

• photographs of the completed project
• renderings created during design
• presentation floor plans (I'll try to add a new one each week - I think I've done the first 3 already)
• downloadable PDF drawing sets for many of the projects (All done with Archicad - some going back to version 6 or even earlier versions)

If you're learning residential design or simply curious how another Archicad user develops construction documents, I hope you find them useful.

The website is:

I'd also welcome any comments or suggestions for additional educational material that would be helpful to students or newer users.

Best regards,

Jonathan Pelezzare
