Hi,
I tried to open my GraphisoftID Dashboard page but browser shows only a blank page since yesterday.
I went there via browser and also clicking My Profile -link in Graphisoft License Manager Tool which launches the browser and tries to open the same page I guess.
I have tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox on Mac (Apple Silicon with Sequoia) as well as with Windows 11 workstation with Chrome and Edge. I face similar behavior with every combination.
Few months ago I didn't have any issues with the page.
Any ideas?

Has showed blank for me as well since this morning on multiple browsers. Given there has not been a big hooha so far, I assume you can still access and software and cloud licences you have available?

There's an on-going issue that our teams are currently investigating. Unfortunately the notification went up only in Japanese yet. I'll make sure to have the info and the workaround shared in English too very soon.

@muscollective, you replied to an old thread. Did your issue include accessing licences, or just access to GraphisoftID?

It let me sign in (didn't do this before) but then went to a blank page.
I refreshed the browser page and a all was good.

I briefly had the issue this morning again, but consulting with some colleagues from technical support, the issue seems to be fixed on their end. They suggest you may try a hard refresh in your browser: ctrl+shift+R.
This should force your browser to ignore cache and previously downloaded content, and request it freshly from the server again. Can you maybe try this?
If it doesn't help, then I suggest to reach out to our Australian colleagues, so they can investigate the root of the issue.
