Live Watching of event not working

I've tried to different internet connection services and two devices (laptop, iPad) and the Live event will not play. It gives me the screen attached here. All other websites work. The Q&A portion of the event page works, but the Agenda page and the Live event page does not. Is anyone else experiencing this?

After a while, this pops up.

Yes I had problems too.

Watched up to the break and then couldn't see anything after that.

Was a message saying no more online events and at one stage it said I was not connected to the internet (which I was).

So I gave up.

But it is in the middle of the second break.
