Looking for remote work as an Architect/Draftsman | Archicad

Hi,
Let me introduce myself. I am an architect from Armenia. I have been working with Archicad for 18 years, starting with AC10. I have deep knowledge of Archicad and BIM in general, and some of my achievements are still featured on the Graphisoft Hall of Fame.

For the past eight years, I have been freelancing, primarily on Upwork. During this time, I have worked remotely for architectural firms in Sydney, New York, and Stockholm.

This year, there are almost no Archicad-related jobs on Upwork—most postings are focused on Revit. Right now, I really need work, so I have started looking for companies or independent architects who use Archicad. 

If any of you are architects or manage architectural firms, I can assist you with various tasks related to architecture, drafting, and modeling.

In 2024 I worked mostly at $35/h, and I would like to keep it for 2025. However, I am also willing to consider your rate if mine seems more expensive to you.
