As hopefully most people know, I'm a huge advocate for templates. Everything we all talk/argue about is made better with a good template. Or more importantly, Archicad is just harder without a smart template. Which is why for the past 12 years I've been updating, talking about, and sharing (for free) my template. I've just updated it for Archicad 29. So whether you want it to use on projects, to learn from it, or just to see how I do things different, it's ready for you to download.
And I can't stress this enough, as always, it's free if you want it to be. There's no reason not to go get it.
