One of your own tech support folks by the name of "Ryan" pulled out of a jamb today and I just want to thank him and let GS know he is appreciated.
I had lost my hard AC key and Ryan quickly offered up a temp 7-day key emergency serial code so I can continue working till my replacement AC software key (dongle) arrived in the mail via 2-day air.
again, thank you "Ryan" from tech support.
Not sure this is the correct location where to post this but I wanted to make I thanked him publicly and that Graphisoft new about it.
