In our latest Creator Spotlight, we present two developers who are focusing exactly on this: with practical solutions for real challenges in everyday BIM work.

As a long-standing GDL expert and active community member, he introduces an exciting, web-based application with RaumReport: a collaborative, bidirectional room book that seamlessly connects Archicad data with project teams. Particularly interesting is the consistent use of AI-supported development in combination with decades of practical experience.

As an architect and software developer, he combines a deep understanding of BIM processes with technical expertise in add-on development. His tools – including QuickProp, QTY Tool and ZoneData – help Archicad users to efficiently check, validate and make model data usable for evaluations. A clear focus is placed on OpenBIM workflows and the optimization of data-driven processes.
Both creators impressively demonstrate how diverse innovation in the Archicad ecosystem can be – from GDL and web applications to powerful add-ons for everyday use.
