We are pleased to inform you that the Archicad & MEP Designer 29.2.0 Update (5003, 5002) is now available for all languages for Full and Solo versions. You will find the installers in the Updates section of our website.
There are minor changes between the Preview and the Final version of this update, therefore, the build numbers between the two slightly differ. However, this won’t cause any compatibility issues for those who installed the Preview version. They simply need to install the Final version of the Archicad 29.2.0 Update (5003) and the transition will be seamless.
What is new in the Archicad 29.2.0 Update?
With this Update, we’re introducing our new Autodesk Forma Connection, which lets teams securely exchange design models as Data Exchanges, documents, and project files directly from Archicad to Autodesk Forma Data Management, reducing lengthy manual workarounds and helping them participate in Forma‑mandated projects while continuing to work in Archicad.
What is Fixed in Archicad 29.2.0 Update?
Below are a few examples of bug fixes that are included in the Archicad 29.2.0 Update:
- Numeric input now works correctly on macOS 26.4 Tahoe without altering entered values.
- PDF exports on macOS now respect the selected image resolution limitation, resulting in expected file sizes.
- Schedules now report correct Walls Surface Area values when zones are updated using the Update Selected Zones command.

Please note that installing this update will affect Teamwork compatibility, meaning that all users working on the same project need to be on the same update number.
Users who have the automatic Check for Updates feature enabled will be notified about this release.
