With over 25 years of experience as a chartered construction professional, he brings deep knowledge of the AEC sector to Nezo’s customer, partner, and investor strategy.  His focus is on scaling Nezo globally, growing customer adoption, and positioning the platform as a core design analytics tool for cost, carbon, and material decision-making.

Eoin McLoughlin, Nezo, COO & Co-Founder Eoin leads Nezo’s operations, customer engagement, feature strategy, and data development. With over 15 years of experience in construction planning, delivery, feasibility, and buildability, he brings practical AEC expertise to the platform. He plays a central role in bringing together Nezo’s product, data, customer feedback, and implementation workflows, ensuring the platform remains practical, usable, and valuable for design teams.

Jasmin McNelly-Sloan Senior Architectural Technician, Bob Burnett Architecture Jasmin McNelly-Sloan is a Senior Architectural Technician at Bob Burnett Architecture and a passionate advocate for climate-positive, site-specific, and occupant-inspired design. Since completing her Bachelor of Architectural Studies and entering the industry in 2010, Jasmin has worked across residential, commercial, and interior projects. Her work now focuses on creating high-performance, sustainable buildings that are rational, functional, and genuinely better to live in. As part of the Bob Burnett Architecture team, Jasmin also helped design and develop Christchurch’s first Net Zero house, bringing practical experience in carbon reduction, performance-led design, and climate-positive architecture to the conversation.

Luca Kornelia Kosa Field BIM Specialist, Graphisoft Having worked within the architectural industry for many years, Luca is passionate about helping architects and designers get the most from their technology. As a Field BIM Specialist and Archicad trainer, he supports practices in developing smarter BIM workflows, increasing productivity, and building confidence in the tools that drive modern architectural design.
