What’s new in our 2026 Product Portfolio?

Dear Community members,

We’re excited to let you know that the entire Graphisoft Product Portfolio has been updated and is now available for you to download, starting today!

Let’s take an overview of what we delivered:

  • The latest Archicad release focuses on making familiar workflows smoother and more productive.
  • You’ll find improvements throughout the interface, documentation, project data, and navigation, from Dark Mode for Windows and improved multi-story wall visibility to modernized, searchable Project Info management.
  • The release also adds more flexible dimension witness extension line settings, a customizable folder-like Navigator, expanded autotext-based Label Shape options, and access to Archicad ProKit, our new productivity add-ons.

BIMcloud makes collaboration and project management more efficient with secure, license-free external sharing of files and folders, making it easier to work with clients and partners outside your organization. The new Teamwork Multiproject Migration Tool also streamlines upgrades by automatically migrating multiple Archicad Teamwork projects on the same BIMcloud instance in one guided process, reducing manual work while keeping cross-referenced and hotlinked projects aligned on the same Archicad version.

BIMx continues to be the reliable presentation tool in our ecosystem, making it easy to share interactive BIMx Hyper-models that connect 3D models with complete 2D documentation and project information. Available on mobile, desktop, and the web, it helps teams and clients explore designs intuitively, communicate clearly, and review projects wherever they are.

MEP Designer enhances essential engineering workflows with more dependable routing, clearer system representation through standardized schematic visualization options and full control over system attributes, and expanded calculation capabilities, including cooling systems within the hydronics family. New basic electrical power system design workflows are also introduced, while collaboration is supported by transparent architectural view options that make coordination or client presentations easier to follow. With this release, MEP Designer is expanding to more than 40 additional regions worldwide.

DDScad remains a reliable engineering design partner in its local markets, with this release delivering practical productivity improvements for more efficient daily work. Highlights include greater control over documentation output through the new Publisher Set functions, context-aware object search, and richer text-formatting options. DDScad continues to offer professional depth for all MEP segments, through extensive calculation and documentation capabilities, and practical OPEN BIM collaboration.

Graphisoft AI Solutions enhancements are designed to help you explore ideas, find information, understand project data, and automate time-consuming tasks, while keeping design decisions firmly in your hands. The next generation of Graphisoft AI Solutions includes an updated AI Visualizer with a choice of top-tier AI image models such as Nano Banana Pro.

The AI Assistant (Beta), which provides learning and best-practice guidance, can now also be put to work as an agentic AI Assistant with the introduction of Archicad MCP (Beta): because it gains direct, structured access to Archicad project data and the BIM model, it can even carry out bulk edits and complex workflows. Through the Public Archicad MCP (Beta) Server, the same structured access also extends to compatible desktop AI applications.

Also new is AI Assistant Spaces, which lets you build a personalized knowledge base. Each Space works as a dedicated container for a specific project, topic, or collection of documents. Architects can upload files and use the AI Assistant to summarize them, get answers, and surface insights directly from their content.

The refreshed Archicad portfolio offers three plans, each designed for a different stage of practice growth. Archicad Studio gives solo architects, boutique firms, and local teams a professional BIM foundation. It combines Archicad design and documentation with local teamwork through BIMcloud Basic, BIMx presentations, and essential AI support.

As teams grow and projects span more disciplines, Archicad Collaborate adds secure, real-time cloud collaboration. It brings together Archicad, BIMcloud SaaS, MEP Designer, BIMx Pro with Teamwork, and agentic, project-aware AI workflows to coordinate delivery across disciplines and locations, along with early access to the Nemetschek Creator platform. Both plans will also gain additional value through new features and benefits.

At the top of the portfolio, Archicad Max is our premium all-in-one plan for firms delivering large, complex, and international projects. It brings together Archicad, advanced BIM, cloud collaboration, MEP design, and all available local-language versions, enhanced by our most advanced AI-powered and data-driven workflows. Max also includes the highest AI credit allowance and early access to the Nemetschek Creator platform, with full access available once commercial versions are released.

Design Intelligence with Nemetschek Creator

On October 28th, we plan to launch early access for Nemetschek Creator, a new cloud-native platform designed for early-stage design exploration, feasibility studies, and analysis.

Nemetschek Creator is being built to support the important conversations that take place before detailed BIM work begins. It provides a shared workspace where architects can collaborate with developers, investors, urban planners, municipalities, and other project stakeholders to explore alternatives, assess opportunities, and make informed decisions sooner.

The planned experience will include rapid concept development, AI-supported analysis, feasibility and sustainability insights, and connections to Archicad. These connections are intended to help preserve and carry design intent from the earliest ideas into detailed BIM workflows.

For Archicad users, Nemetschek Creator represents a potential bridge between early-stage thinking and detailed design, helping teams move forward without losing the value of the work already created.

More open collaboration ahead

We are inviting users to join the early access program for Nemetschek's open collaboration platform, Project OCP, our new open intelligence layer being built to connect tools, data, and people across AECO projects. Our goal is to eliminate broken handoffs and data silos, and to offer a true, open alternative for the industry.

Initial connectivity is planned with Autodesk Forma, with future workflows expected to extend across the broader Nemetschek ecosystem, including Bluebeam, dRofus, Allplan, and Solibri. Together with BIMcloud and BIMx, the Open Collaboration Platform marks an important step toward more open, connected project delivery.
