A12 trial version problems extracting files

hi

I recently downloaded a trial version of Acad from graphisoft.com.
The exe. file is downloaded,i dobbleclick on it to start the installation process.
The installshield software ask me where i want to locate the program.
When asked to press next and next again i suddendly can t go any further.
It stoppes there and the program doesn t get installed correctly?
Any advices?

Hi Fredo,

Is there any particular error message you're getting before the installer cops out? There could be a corruption in the download file. If you have a fast connection, you could try downloading again.
