AC10 doesn't see old key on Mac

I figured you folks might know how to fix this little problem.

I have AC 9 and a hardware key already on my Mac G4.
I installed AC10 upgrade, with key removed, restarted Mac, put key back on.
Started up AC10 and it didn't see/recognize my key.
Attached is the warning diaolog box I got.

Any idea how to get my old key to work with the upgrade?

Thanks for your help, as always.

You have to upgrade your key. In the AC10 box there should be a www address and an upgrade number for your key. Using either Safari or Explorer go to that address and upgrade the key. The other option is that your reseller sent your upgrade info to GS and the link to you, if that is the case with your key plugged in go to the link and upgrade.

Thanks. I dutifully read the "Read Me", but didn't look too closely at the piece of paper in the box... which explained it very clearly.

You were faster than my reseller who hasn't called me back yet. Thank you, ejrolon.
