AC11 1210 hotfix not working

hi,
i have to do an update with the 1210 hotfix. but i'm not sure what this message means (see pic). any ideas ?

You have to install the 1200 hotfix first, then 1210

can you tell me how to get 1200 ? when i do the update, it automatically selects 1210.
