ARCHICAD 26 AND 27 CRASHES WHILE OPENING FILE

I'm encountering crashes with ARCHICAD 26 and 27 when opening files. Despite updating BIOS and changing power settings as recommended by forums, the issue persists. I've also updated all drivers, but the problem remains unresolved. Here are my computer specs for reference:

• Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B760-A GAMING WIFI
• CPU Cooler: TUF GAMING LCII 360 ARGB GAMING FAN
• Processor: Intel Core i7-13700 1.5GHz 30MB 65W LGA 1700 (13th Gen)
• OS: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
• RAM: 32GB (16GBx2) Kingston FURY Renegade DDR5
• SSD: Samsung SSD 990 EVO 1TB
• Graphics Card: ASUS GeForce GTX 4070 DDR6 12GB
• Power Supply: 1st Player NGDP 1300W 80 PLUS Platinum

I've updated the ARCHICAD application and run tests, but it still crashes. Can anyone help with this issue?
