ArchiCAD 25 crashes when trying to open any file, even on Demo

Hi there 

Could anyone help with the following please:

I use ArchiCAD 25 on macOS 12.6 Monterey. I have recently installed a Datasmith link to Twinmotion which worked fine for a day. When starting ArchiCAD today it kept crashing even before selecting any file I would like to open.

Bug ID: AC25-2023-02-17-12-46-17-3043.

Any idea why this happens?

Have you tried reinstalling Archicad but use the repair installation option? You will lose any customisation settings though such as the work environment. it may also be worth removing the Datasmith add-on and trying to launch Archicad to see if that could be the culprit.

I did that and now Archicad works fine. 

I find it difficult to understand which files should I download for this Datasmith Plugin Twinmotion & ArchiCAD workflow as there seem to be two different kinds:

5.1 Exporter on Unreal engine

and another one that looks like this:

DatasmithArchicad25Exporter.bundle? I previously installed this one and messed up my Archicad.

No, I got it from Unrealengine website.

Try downloading that one, it says it's compatible with 23-26 and is from Graphisoft's website.
