Archicad 25 license manager will not accept my education license.

Archicad 25 (mac) license manager will not accept my education license. It will list the license key, but when clicked, it returns a message that the "key content is not accessible". Based on a message in another post, I deleted the trial.lic file, but this did not help. I got the "key content is not accessible" message again, and never got the opportunity to enter the license number again. Very frustrated.

If you have any problem with the activation process inside Archicad, I suggest reaching out to your local support for further investigation.
